  • HRV independently ducted to kitchen and baths.
  • Central dehumidistat on/off switch in kitchen and bathroom.
  • Range hood fan with filter (see allowance).
  • 40 gallon hot water tank (rental).
  • Copper electrical wiring throughout.
  • 100 amp breaker panel with arc fault protection breakers.

Purchaser Notes

  • Purchasers colour choices are from Vendor's range of samples and upgrades are available at an additional charge. Maximum 2 colours for each type of finish. Geertsma Homes Ltd. reserves the right to substitute materials of equal or better quality.

Warranty

  • One year comprehensive Builder’s warranty.
  • Tarion New Home Warranty enrollment fees are the responsibility of the Purchaser(s).

The Purchaser agrees that the following are not included: drapes and tracks, wallpaper, dishwasher or infill cabinet, appliances, central vacuum system, fireplaces.
